Refunds and Exchanges

You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase.  We will issue a full refund upon receipt, or send an exchange item.

For Hygiene reasons you may NOT return the following items

Underwear

Lingerie

Hosiery

Items must be returned as new, we will not accept items for refund or return that are not “ as new ”.

Distance Selling Regulations

 Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334) you are entitled to a full refund from eplussizeclothes.com within seven working days after the day of receipt of goods.  This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.

Discount Coupons and Special Offers

If your purchase included the use of a coupon or special offer discount, you will be refunded the price you paid for the item(s) i.e. purchase price less discount.
